If they weren't sick, why would I have to take them to a pediatrician? It is not that the charges impose by these pediatricians are low. In fact, my children hate visiting them. Then again, if they are sick, it really leave me no choice at all.

I only ake them if my kids are really sick. They do go for normal checkups, but they are very expensive at least where I live.

We take her for her normal checkups.Every roughly 2-3 months. Now she only has one more at the moment and thats her 2 year visit. After that we are going to take her once a year and any time she's real sick.

You should go to a doctor for your kid once a year to have a whole body check up to be safe.

Normally, a checkup within forty-eight to seventy-two hours after our newborn is discharged from the hospital was recommended. During our baby’s first year of life, additional visits to your doctor’s office should take place at about two to four weeks of age, and then at two, four, six, nine, and twelve months of age as well.
